JVM Management Ltd. – Official Payment and Late Fee Policy

JVM Management Ltd. offers complimentary estimates for all project inquiries. These estimates are valid for a period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of issuance. After this period, pricing and availability are subject to change at the discretion of JVM Management Ltd.
Payment Terms
To confirm and proceed with any project, the following payment structure is strictly enforced:
Deposit – 10% of the total project cost is due upon booking to secure the project start date.
Midpoint Payment – 50% is due at the halfway point of the project.
Final Payment – 40% is due on the day the project is completed and upon client walk-through.
Deposit Refund Policy
Clients are entitled to a full refund of the 10% booking deposit provided the cancellation occurs no fewer than twenty-one (21) calendar days prior to the scheduled project start date.
If cancellation occurs within twenty-one (21) calendar days of the start date, the deposit shall be deemed non-refundable.
Late Payment Policy
To ensure smooth operations and fairness, the following policy applies to all late payments:
Grace Period – A five (5) calendar day grace period will be granted after the final payment due date.
Late Fee – After the grace period, a 2% late fee will be applied to the outstanding balance every seven (7) calendar days until paid in full.
Work Suspension – JVM Management Ltd. reserves the right to suspend any ongoing or scheduled work due to non-payment.
Collections – Balances unpaid after thirty (30) calendar days may be sent to collections or be subject to legal action. All legal, administrative, and collection costs will be the responsibility of the client.
